We invite you to discover Galicia in a different way: on board our Tourist Trains!

A comfortable and sustainable way to explore stunning landscapes, immerse yourself in our cultural heritage, and experience our traditions up close.

There are thirteen routes designed for a relaxed journey, all accompanied by a specialized guide throughout the trip. Some are already available for purchase through the Renfe website.

Routes you can already book. First departure dates:

  • Lighthouse Route

Origin: Ferrol
Departures: June 6 and 20 / July 4 and 18

The Lighthouse Route takes you to the far north of the north, the northernmost point of the Iberian Peninsula.

The lights that guide sailors accompany this journey through unique locations such as Cape Ortegal, the Vixía Herbeira viewpoint—one of the highest cliffs in Europe—the Sanctuary of Santo André de Teixido, and Cape Estaca de Bares.

The itinerary also includes the town of Viveiro and views of the estuaries of Viveiro and O Barqueiro, before continuing to the cliffs of Loiba.

  • Ribeira Sacra Route (Sil River)

Origin: Ourense
Departures: June 6

On this journey, Ribeira Sacra is revealed through landscapes of deep natural and cultural value.

The day begins with a theatrical visit to Os Peares station, an introduction to the surroundings that accompany the entire trip. Then, the Regina Viarum winery is visited, where the secrets of its production are revealed and a tasting is held.

In Monforte de Lemos, there will be free time for lunch and to enjoy local cuisine.

In the afternoon, a catamaran travels along the Sil River reservoir, offering a journey through canyons and vineyard-covered slopes.

The return includes a visit to the Monastery of San Pedro de Rocas, where surroundings and tradition come together in a unique experience.

  • Ribeira Sacra Route (Miño River)

Origin: Ourense
Departures: June 13

This route allows you to discover another, lesser-known but equally surprising Ribeira Sacra.

The itinerary includes a visit to the Bernardas Monastery of Pantón, where visitors can learn about and purchase artisanal pastries.

It also includes the Arxeriz Ecomuseum, a space combining ethnography, history, and nature linked to the territory.

In the afternoon, a catamaran travels along the Miño River from Belesar, in an area shaped by traditional winemaking.

The day continues at the Vía Romana winery, located in a 16th-century manor house, where a visit and wine tasting take place.

  • Monterrei Wine Route

Origin: Ourense, Santiago de Compostela, or Vigo Urzáiz
Departures: July 4

A proposal to discover the Monterrei Designation of Origin through its landscape, heritage, and winemaking culture.

The route begins at Monterrei Castle, with a guided and theatrical visit that reveals its history.

Next, the Gargalo winery is visited, with wine tasting and an aperitif. In Verín, there will be free time for lunch.

In the afternoon, the route continues in Allariz, a town of great historical and cultural value.

The day also includes a cheese tasting at Ecoespazo do Rexo and a visit to the Collegiate Church of Xunqueira de Ambía.

Before finishing, there is a stop at Baños de Molgas station, now converted into a museum and gastronomic space.

  • Ribeiro / Rías Baixas Wine Route

Origin: Ourense, Santiago de Compostela, or Vigo Urzáiz
Departures: July 18

An experience that connects two leading wine regions: O Ribeiro and Rías Baixas.

The journey begins at Señorío de Rubiós winery, with a tasting of its wines. Then, the historic center of Ribadavia is visited, where medieval heritage accompanies the walk.

After free time for lunch, the route continues at the Galicia Wine Museum, located in the former rectory house of Santo André de Camporredondo.

The day goes on to the Castro of San Cibrao, one of the most important Iron Age hillfort sites in Galicia.

Before returning, the Traditional Costume Museum and the Automobile and History Museum are visited.
