Feira do Viño de Valdeorras
July the 14th – 15th
This fair takes place around mid-July in Praza of Otero Pedrayo, in the place of Viloira – O Barco de Valdeorras. Visitors have the opportunity to taste the exquisite wines of Valdeorras of the different cellars that attend the event. The last edition had 18 participant cellars, surpassing the figures of the previous years. Musical animations in hands of a Dj and other musical groups are in the agenda. Entertainment is more than ensured.
Feira do Viño do Rosal
July the 13th – 15th
Mark the third weekend of July in your calendar because the XXVI Fair of O Rosal Wine will be celebrated those days. The event has the participation of cellars that form part of the D.O. Rías Baixas, wines that, apart from being exquisite, are given awards in the most prestigious categories. For the lovers of wine and sport, the event includes a 10 kilometres run that crosses the vineyards of a participant cellar. What are you waiting for, runners?
Festa do Viño Albariño
August from 1st – 5th
Definitely, one of the most important appointments in the festive calendar of Galicia is the Festa do Albariño of Cambados, that receives in five days around 150.000 people. The environment is incomparable! The Paseo da Calzada is invaded by tens of stands mounted by the best cellars of the zone, that offer his albariños to prices near at hand of any pocket. You can enjoy musical shows and discover some curiosities on the production of the albariño at the same time.
Feira do Viño Of Monterrei
August the 10th -12th
The XIII Feira do Viño of Monterrei will take place in August the 10th, 11th and 12th in Verín. Gastronomy and music will be combined around the protagonists, the wines of Monterrei. The aim is to contribute to the exaltation of this Denomination of Origin. As in all good party, the music plays an important role, accompanying while visitors taste the wines and the delicious gastronomy of Monterrei. Activities and shows specially designed for children will be held, what turns it into the ideal event to attend in family.
Feira do Viño do Condado do Tea
August the 24th – 26th
The tradition that began in the year 1959 continues 58 years on with the celebration of the LIX edition of the Festa do Viño do Condado do Tea. More than 50.000 people attend the event in Salvaterra, attracted by the exquisite wines of this region of the Denomination of Origin Rías Baixas, Condado do Tea. And the wines, red and white, go accompanied by the best gastronomic products. The cellars’ stands are installed in the walled enclosure of the Cuevas de Doña Urraca, giving the event an unique and magic environment.
