This week is marked by the Galician Day festival on Sunday 25, but before we have several parties, concerts and festivals. These are just some of the highlights:
Festas do Apóstolo. Santiago de Compostela.
From July 20 to July 31, the Festas do Apóstolo are held in Santiago de Compostela, with the particularity that we will have to enjoy them in a reduced format. In addition, the pyrotechnic fireworks show, which was traditionally held in Praza do Obradoiro on the night of July 24, this year moves to five stages scattered around the city: Alameda, Eugenio Granell Park, Charlemagne Park, the As Cancelas shopping center and the Cidade da Cultura.
Among the events scheduled for this week we highlight the concert by Luz Casal and the Real Filharmonía de Galicia, which will take place on Wednesday July 21 at Praza da Quintana.

The week culminates with the celebration of the Day of Galicia on Sunday 25 and the famous Offering to the Apostle, this year in a more special and emotional way for celebrating the Xacobeo Year.
Festas da Dorna. Ribeira
The traditional popular festival of Dorna will take place in the municipality of Ribeira. A party with a large influx of public that this year will have some capacity restrictions but with the same festive and fun atmosphere that characterizes it.
Festa do Carneiro ao Espeto. Moraña.
Gastronomic festival of Galician Tourist Interest, full of tradition and that has as its final touch the Great Tasting of Carneiro ao Espeto. This year, instead of taking place in the Carballeira de Santa Lucía, food can be ordered and collected to eat at home, thus avoiding crowds. And it is that this year the party is celebrated with the motto of “Carneiro ao Espeto. Safe Taste”.

Festivals
AtlanticFest. Vilagracía de Arousa.
This week the last concerts scheduled at the Atlantic Fest in Vilagarcía de Arousa will be held. On the 19th, the group Chucho will play on the stage of Pinar de la Playa, the following days the groups Derby Mot Motolina’s Burrito Kachimba, Anni B. Sweet and Rufus T. Firefly will perform on the Xacobeo stage 21-22, and they will finish the week, on stage Paco and Lola, the groups Verto and Johnny B. Zero.
Solpor Monteferro. Nigrán.
Concerts return to the “best stage in the world” in Monteferro, with a new edition of Solpor Monteferro. After being postponed due to bad weather on July 2 and 3, this weekend it seems that it will finally be celebrated. It will be on July 22 and 23 from 7:00 p.m. and will be attended by Isius, Eladio and the Loved Ones, the first day and Roma, Tinta and Bafana bafana, the second.
Son do Camiño Perseidas. Monte do Gozo. Santiago de Compostela.
This week we will have two more Perseidas concerts. On July 22 we will enjoy the famous violinist of Armenian origin, Ara Malikian, who brings his new album, Le Petit Garage, to the Galician public, and on July 24 it will be the turn of Beret and David Rees.
Sinsalfest. Illa San Simón.
Finally we wrap it up with an island, a boat, three days and a secret poster. What are we talking about? Of Sinsal Fest, one of the most charismatic and eclectic festivals on the Galician music scene. Just a hint, it can be addictive. From July 23 to 25 in the Illa de San Simón.
