These provisions regulate the use of the Internet blog service (hereinafter, the “Blog”) which Tourism of Galicia places at the disposal of the users of the Internet.
The Xunta de Galicia is the holder of the second level domain “turismo.gal” and of the components included in this.
The content provided through this Blog is issued with simply informative effects. Although the efforts necessary are made to ensure that the information contained in the Blog is exact and updated, Tourism of Galicia does not guarantee that there are no errors in the content of this Blog, nor that it is totally updated.
Tourism of Galicia is not responsible fr the damage which might be caused by the illegitimate or unsuitable use of the tools and information contained in the Blog with the exception of all the actions which are a consequence of the application of legal provisions to which it must be subjected in the strict exercise of its competences.
Tourism of Galicia does not assume any responsibility derived from the connection or the content of the links to external websites over which it has no control, and, in any case, the user of this Blog must comply with the specific use of these links.
Tourism of Galicia reserves the power to make modifications and updating contained or its configuration or presentation, at any time and with no need for previous notification.

In order to guarantee anonymity, Google convers its information to anonymous cutting of the IP address before storing. Neither does it associate the IP address cut off to any other data conserved by Google, nor can it send the information collected by Google Analytics to third parties except when legally obliged to do so, in accordance with the conditioners of the provision of the service of Google Analytics.

Use of languages
The Sixth Additional Provision of Law 11/2007, of June 22, on the electronic access of the citizens to the public services, determines that the use of the official languages of the State in relations through electronic means of the citizens with the Public Administrations, in the terms stipulated in Law 30/1992, of November 26, on the Legal Regime of the Public Administrations and Common Administrative Procedure, and in the legislation applicable in each case. For these purposes, the Portal will enable access to its content and services in Galician and Castilian Spanish.
Applicable Law and jurisdiction
As regards any question of litigation or which may refer to the Portal, Spanish legislation will apply, and the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Santiago de Compostela will be competent for the resolution of all the conflicts derived from or related to the use of this Portal.
