Museo do Pobo Galego

Galicia has a rich cultural heritage going back centuries. In the “Museo do Pobo Galego” (“Museum of the Galician people” in english) a lot of this cultural heritage is on display. You will find things like traditional costumes, traditional tools used in fishing, agriculture and livestock farming.
The museum is located about a five minute walk from the cathedral at the Convent of San Domingo de Bonaval (17th and 18th century).
Its opening hours are:
Mondays: Closed
Tuesday to Saturday, 10.00 to 14.00 and 16.00 to 20.00
Sundays and holidays: 11.00 to 14.00
